For orders under 12 pairs they may be shipped with in 1-3 days of ordering.
Any defects or dissatisfactions must be reported with in 3 days of receiving order. We will try our best to accommodate your needs. We can do exchanges or refunds. Any dirty or used ears will not be accepted.
We use all faux (not real) fur and leathers. The inside material is made of micro-suede, flannel and velvets. Most of the materials we use are manufactured in America or Turkey.
